We are unable to courier items to P.O box addresses
The freight charges are calculated on the size of the item, most small items can be sent in courier bags which are more cost effective. We have a minimum charge of $9.95 nzd for small items. Manifolds and larger items are calculated on size at checkout.
Once you have entered your shipping details when making a purchase the shipping costs will be calculated and added to your purchase amount.For New Zealand customers we use NZ couriers and Post Haste for our delivery method. This is overnight delivery to a business address. Residential addresses can be up to 2 working days. Rural Deliveries can be an extra 2-3 days on top of this, If no one is home then a call to collect card will be left at your door or in letterbox.
If not in stock or for custom orders such as Collectors and Sinco turbo manifolds contact us for turn around time and shipping times.
For our international customers we use (Fedex) allow 1 week for delivery. Contact us for more specific times. Once an international order has been sent the customer will receive an email with tracking details.
Please note for our international customers freight does not include customs duty or taxes on arrival in your country.
TRACKING
An email will be automatically sent to your email address once item has been picked up from the courier, please check your junk box as the email contains attachments which can cause the email to go to junk.
