A quick insight into why all the different lengths.........
Short Series:
The taper is sharp and the length of taper is over 1" long. These are perfect for turbo down-pipes where space is an issue while trying to step up in pipe size within small spaces.
Another advantage of the short series exhaust reducer is that they all have a section of straight tube, this can be used for better stud and bolt clearance when using them for down-pipes. The bolts or studs on the turbine housing are important to be accessed easily for maintenance and easy fitment. The last advantage or the short series is that they can be cut off to suit your required length.
These exhaust reducers are available in 304 stainless steel only
Medium Series:
The medium series range are a good all round option, with an overall length of 2" these will suit most spaces
These reducers are available in 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminium.
Long Series:
When space is not an issue and you need a high flowing transition then the long series reducer is the right choice.
These reducers have an overall length of 4" and are available in 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminium
